Sugar Free Products

One of our main objectives has been to develop sugar-free varieties. Gelato base is prepared with sugar-free sweetners that do not increase the blood glucose levels like normal sucrose. We use natural sweetners such as Sorbitol and maltitol (poly alcohol) as substitutes for sucrose. All these substitutes have low glycemic index and do not significantly increase the blood glucose levels. This product is best suited for pre-diabetics and diabetic patients. All patients are advised to consult their doctors before taking the product.

1) Sucralose or Polyols, provide fewer calories than regular sugar, Sucrose.

2) They do not promote tooth decay and this is an important feature as far as children are concerned.

3) They do not cause sudden increase in blood glucose levels, thereby allowing diabetic patients in having the pleasure of having ice creams.
